I am passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations live with more authenticity, intention and sense of purpose.  My approach starts with a conversation about your professional and/or personal development needs, and considers both what's working for you and what might need work.  I help you get in touch with YOUR values, YOUR talents, YOUR goals.  I believe our path forward begins with a vision, and I help you "see it, to be it."

Through a combination of self-awareness building and powerful questioning, my aim is to help you get a clearer vision of your ideal future-state and the steps needed to get there.  To reduce the noise of "shoulds" and expectation of others, so you can experience better flow and sense of alignment in all areas of your life. 

My coaching approach is influenced by my own journey and learnings, and is adapted to meet you where you are and where you want to go.

With nearly two decades of experience as a change leader at a Fortune 100 global consulting company, I have worked across many industries and geographies.  My coaching experience includes individual coaching and team coaching, across levels, as well as leadership workshop facilitation and coaching skill development.

I completed robust coaching training at the industry-leading Hudson Institute of Coaching and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation as well as a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. 

In addition to my professional work, I'm actively involved in social impact, and run coaching-based programs in Kenya, aimed at empowering young women.
